In the midst of raising children 20 years ago I missed out on getting a vinyl copy of this. I’m so happy for the 20th anniversary RSD version I was able to get recently. I listen to this and feel Warren’s determination to finish this album before he is finished by this terrible disease. I feel the emotion poured out by his friends who played and contributed to this project. I’ve been a Bruce Springsteen fan forever and have never heard such a solid guitar solo from him as he throws down on “Disorder in the House” , obviously something he was saving for a dear friend. Beginning to end this album is not to be missed, you’ll laugh, cry, cringe but the feeling translated through this collection of songs ends up leaving me joyous and hopeful. Enjoy every sandwich!
