I flew for the 1st Australian Task Force, Vietnam. The movie was extremely realistic.
The base camp at Nui Dat looked authentic as did the rain, mud and foliage.
However, the Aussie Brigadier actually was a super commander and good listener during my tour of 500+ missions.
