Pathetic service. Honey and Spice is using the cheapest logistics company to deliver the product who mishandle and damaged the product and this is the second time in 2 weeks. The box was completely damaged and in a Messy situation. Pics were shared with the customer service but their manager was not willing to talk giving lame excuses. It seems they no more case about customer service and satisfaction. Please avoid, they are better companies honey providers who does not do things like this. Over the year they service have drastically detoriated. Please avoid purchasing products from them.
