Warning: Spoiler Alert!!🚨 ‼️ I have a huge bone to pick with the trailer more so than the movie. The trailer spoiled so much of the movie, including multiple of the deaths. You are able to connect the dots within the first few minutes. I also feel like these types of movies are over played. Teenagers get together, play a game the ends up being haunted and most if not all of them die. Truth or Dare, Would You Rather, Ouija, etc., it’s exhausting. These movies aren’t original or fun to watch. I know I sound like a pessimist but I just want an original movie. Something that isn’t spoiled by a 4 minute trailer and extremely predictable throughout the entire movie. Don’t get me wrong, the movie has some good moments and it’s funny. It’s not scary or original though.

SPOILER ALERT!!! TERRIBLE MOVIE 😁👎🏻 Don’t watch this I just watched this and I am extremely disappointed. Yes, it was cliche but I’m not even upset about that. What I’m upset about is all of the camera cuts and telling half of the story. How did she escape a cave full of monsters while carrying a 50-80 lbs child? Why did they continue to hint at the father but never give a back story? I was frustrated halfway through the film and fighting sleep. It was definitely a waste of time. You keep holding on, hoping it’d get better…. It didn’t not. The final scene made no sense. Honestly nothing made sense. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or energy watching this movie. It felt like something written by a middle schooler and filmed with their allowance. I’m dumb founded how this film received such a high score on rotten tomatoes. Nothing about this film was “fresh”. It was all recycled garbage from cult classics. If you want a better movie that’s similar watch “Before I Wake”.

Silent Night(2023): SPOILER ALERT I feel that there were moments in this film that were very rushed. The silence made it feel inhuman and brutal. I loved that. I feel like they were a little too brutal at times. It almost felt like watch gore footage on Reddit. The acting was subpar and most of the action happens way late in the movie. They played with the death of the boy for too long in my opinion. Usually they graze over that material, instead we got 10 minutes of a blood cover child corpse and crying parents. It was very gorey and I’m not easily disturbed. Definitely not a great pic for a night away from the kids. I enjoyed bits of the film but most of it was filler or over played gore.
