William Holden, Paul Newman, Jacqueline Bassett, Burgess Merideth, Ernest Borgnine??? (to namea few)
How was Irwin Allen able to bring so many iconic actors together to create such a B-level film production?
I was truly surprised to see all those legendary actors pitted against such a clichédely lame script and disaster scenes.
You can see the potential for a great movie solely by the performances of the actors alone, however when coupled with typical disaster effects, the movie takes on a B-movie level persona.
The Posieden Adventure meets Earthquake meets The Towering Inferno!
Nonetheless it was entertaining to watch my favorite actors in action.
