I set an appt for my dog to be groomed and I. Asked if the price was the same. I was told it was with no change. I brought my dog their early this am. The main person dealing with me saw my dog and, didn't tell me of any price change just said she would call me back when she was done. When I came to pay, I had been told it would be $100.00 for my large dog. She angrily told me she would have to charge me to $120.00 because prices were going up? I was absolutely blindsided. She then put $4.80 more on without my consent. I feel like I was robbed. I will never go back. Very bad experience.
