Bought copies for my claims clients, a popular event item! I gave them out to adjusters in a care package of swag at a recent event. They were very popular that I am coming back for more before our yearly conference. Adjusters were happy to scoop these up from our table.
No book on the insurance market like it right now to help out the OVERSTRESSED CLAIMS adjuster. I like how positive it is. All jobs are stressful, and we think the grass is greener elsewhere. Sometimes you just need water, fertilizer and your grass will grow just as nicely. I think the lessons and positivity translate to all desk job workers. Recommend this quick read.
