Hello, I have played every AC game except the colonial times game. I will say Odyssey and Black flag are still the top two for me. AC Valhalla is still a top 3 game in the series and I have really enjoyed playing it. My biggest critique is the ridiculous amount of glitches. The game was unplayable until I downloaded 17.3 MB of patches. Some of them like the Balor glitch are still not fixed and I am unable to get Cu Chulainns spear or complete Wrath of the Druids Amber Sun quest. That said, the storyline, game play, characters and visuals are great. Great game over all. but Ubio needs to lessen the need for having unpaid customers be their beta testers and releasing games that are simply too glitchy to be playable without huge patches. Good luck playing this game without an internet connection. 4/5. Open world RPG’s are daunting and this is a really deep game with many hours and hours of game play. Understandable there will be patches needed but AC Valhalla is the glitchiest game I have ever played. Another thing that turned me off was weapons being too easy to get, and the old way of putting Elite bosses and legendary animals as holders of powerful weapons and gear is something Ubio should of stuck with, and blew it on this installment. Lost drengr’s or cult members really felt empty defeating as they held little of value outside a few runes. Zealots were even less rewarding to hunt down. The abilities, skill tree and vast variety of weapon combos and pairings was spectacular and I look forward to the next AC game. I’m thinking Ghengis Khan or Alexander the Great is a likely era they will choose. Excited to see what time period or historical characters they will go with. Still a great game and definitley worth your time and money. Have fun playing everyone.
