It needs to get A LOT better quickly. The laugh track every second line felt forced and like the show knew it's dialog was weak. Changing Mandy's brother from a painter to a musician seemed like a pointless change, hopefully it will be used in later episodes. It was not a good start for well liked characters. Hopefully the show will develop and find it's tone but right now, I wouldn't think the show would make it past one season on it's own merits.
