Tom Cruise as Maverick still has it -- from the flight scenes (of course), to "that look" that Maverick has. There's a lot of nostalgia, yet they also successfully achieved a good blending of the younger cast into Maverick's story. The segue is great. I'd watch this multiple times -- like how I did with the first back in the 80s!
