I am generally at work when your show airs but when I’m off work on a weekday I still wake up at the same hour of the morning. November 29, 2019 was probably the third time in a month I have watched your show. I love Al Roker (spelling?). He’s calm professional and always conducts himself with the decorum I would expect from a news anchor. I like a good laugh as much as the next person but when the rest of them start talking and laughing and interrupting each other it’s maddening. What is up with this behavior on a nationwide TV show? I was brought up to believe that interrupting someone when they are speaking is rude behavior. Al Roker must have been raised in the same era as I was. Al will occasionally interrupt only to lasso the others back onto topic. Watching people talk, over talk, interrupt, have cross-conversations while others are talking is not in any way informative, professional, or relaxing to watch. Simply put it’s just plain rude! It’s as if they all need to be the center of attention ALL the time. It’s like watching a bunch of 8 year old school children competing for attention. All that results is I want to put them all in “time out” but since I can’t, I turn it off. They even interrupt the guests they are interviewing.
Please note that none of these comments pertain to Al Roker, he’s the only person that makes the show worth tolerating for some of the time.
Unfortunately,!This is not a problem only with your show it seems to be across all networks and formats. What ever happened to manners? Maybe the producers should recommend the hosts do a segment on manners - perhaps they would learn something they could apply to in their daily interactions with other people?
