This book was phenomenal, I cried within the first three pages. It was so hard hitting and while it had moments of comedy it brilliantly made a serious and isolating issue accessible to read about it. It helped me to understand the different ways in which a relationship can sour and how difficult it can feel for women to leave. I particularly liked how it integrated the real life issue of DV rising during the pandemic. An amazing read for anybody!
