What a bizarre & ridiculous portrayal of such an horrendous & painful subject as the Magdalene Laundries. The main character Lorna, is just ludicrous. Apart from the actor, Ruth Wilson, doing a good Irish accent, there is nothing about her that is convincing. She is just annoying & irritating. If this series is to bring serious attention to what went on in Ireland in the so-called Mother & baby homes/laundries & the Catholic church then the writer has failed, miserably. It doesn't do it justice in any way, shape or form. Don't think I can watch another episode.
