I really can't understand why so many are rating this movie so highly. I understand that the attempt was to make a movie without picking a side. But in doing this the movie fails to give any context for what we are watching. The main characters are a bunch of journalists operating with little to no plan and what we see of "war" is through them driving up on skirmishes randomly. Even the big battle scene leaves us not caring who lives or dies or who wins. The opportunities were there but the film doesn't deliver. Maybe they should have made a movie about the guy in the red glasses instead.
