Since I have not finished the game I can’t give it 5 stars but I’m about 5ish hrs in and I can say it is very good. Of course many people will say the game is nothing like the first game or nightmare(which was terrible btw) but that is because they are looking through rose colored glasses on a game that came out 13 years ago. I played through the Alan wake remaster, both dlc’s that came with, along with control and the dlc’s that came with that. I play remedy games for their interwoven stories. It is not walking simulator, but it is a detective simulator. If you don’t like it. Replay the first game, also.. as an aspiring indie game developer, unfortunately the whole physical copy way of gaming is heading out the door. Get with the times or miss out on an amazing experience.
