The Blackguard

A carefully crafted film headlined by brilliant acting performances by the entire cast. Sebastian Stan’s performance managed to humanise Trump in a way that still couldn’t detract from his narcissism and megalomania. Truthful in essence, the film admittedly takes some liberties here and there, but they are nothing compared to the volume of lies spewed by the person it is based around. Right wingers will hate this film and call it a hit job, but media analysis has never been their strong suit.
