Poor series, not a totally original storyline but it could've been worked with. Some strange casting of actors that don't fit the roles. Too much technical jargon probably most of it rubbish used to suggest a breakthrough in the plot but it was lost with me. 10 mins to go of the last episode and I can't be bothered to complete it.

One of the best serial killer movies ever made. Character driven, excellent plot and a pace to the film that keeps the viewer engaged.

Quite atypical of Walter Hill's other movies which are very much in the vein of action thrillers/ survival. It's a 1980's movie at heart and has some good characters that interact / contrast with others in the cast. Brion James was absolutely fantastic in this movie as the trapper as was Powers Boothe and Keith Carradine in their respective roles.

An immersive film. Obviously in another language other than English, If this is off putting than forget about it. Initially it felt lacking somewhat ( but this could be due to preconceived expectations by comparisons with Hollywood) however as the film progressed it became apparent that this film is warts and all. The inhospitable environment is very real and this comes across strongly. Crew and cast must have been completely exhausted afterwards.
