The movie is okay for a one-time watch. The storyline and Tovino's acting were good but the direction felt a bit off. The flow between scenes didn't go that well, and edits in some of the scenes were visibly poor. To relieve some tension in the scene adding Basil and some cheap jokes felt very forced. So basically aside from Tovino's acting the movie was a mess.
