This show was great. A time cop with no knowledge of history.

I understand that television shows are flights of fancy, however this one is a bit too much. The main character wakes after having 'died' (gone into a three year coma) and immediately starts kicking butt. Never listening to the person who has kept her alive through the apocalypse, she repeatedly does things that put the people who help her in danger. Her attitude is horrible (not to mention her acting) and we're to believe she is mankind's last hope? this story is just too unrealistic. For me personally to immerse myself in a story I have to be able to relate on some level. I need the protagonist to be realistic in some way, superpower not withstanding Vanessa is absolutely not. the premise is one that could work but the script is poorly written and ridiculous. (she takes her daughter to a blood bank pretending it's a job interview and the male attendant looks at her paperwork notes she lives near him and asks her out...Really!?) and the daughter believes that companies pay for job interviews... at 10) no thank you syfy
