Informative and chilling, if you thought cannabis growers were all peace, land and people love... prepare for a shocking slap of reality. After the 3rd episode when a cannabis grower refuses to pay his workers, I had to stop watching. It was so disappointing to see this cannabis grower seem so comfortably entitled to simply not compensating his workers. This industry was over due for legalization and laws to protect workers, no doubt many of them from vulnerable communities. Sad to see the de-evolution of a movement that seemed to start with such idealism become the breeding ground for more capitalist criminals just out for themselves.

Maybe I haven't seen enough comedy in a while, but I was surprised at the negative reviews. I loved the diverse, unexpected cast, the quirky script, and weird plot line (s). At the end of the day, I just had some good groans and laughs. Can't be mad at that.
