This is my favorite concept album of all time. This is the Ready to Die (Biggie Smalls) album of the 21st century. I do believe that To Pimp A Butterfly is Kendrick’s magnum opus but I’ve always enjoyed Good Kid more because it had more replay value. I really love the thematic and cinematic scope and Lamar’s conscious lyricism. With the exclusion of the one song “Real”, this album is my favorite Kendrick album and it deserves all the acclaim it receives.

The album is very good and the production lavished to the highest and this is my favorite album that Jay-Z’s done. Not every song is a winner but it’s the album I’ve listen to rarely or the least but not in a bad way.

Late Registration is more ambitious than College Dropout and the production is orchestral, soulful, and jazzy. I love the cinematic and thematic concept and really, this album shows that Kanye’s musical style had chart supremacy and being a great storyteller and rapper. This is one of my three favorite definitive Kanye albums. My standout tracks are basically all of them and also this is a 10/10 masterpiece.
