Just watched masters of flip Nashville, not impressed. It’s all about Kourtney's decorating skills and nothing about the integrity of the house, talk about making a silk purse from a pigs ear! They took a decent looking Craftsman house with basement flooding issues, gutted the main floor and and reframed the interior(which actually does look good), installed a powder room upstairs as the original fixtures were shot, painted it up and sold it for a profit. Oh- and changed the rotted posts in the basement after covering up the basement access. What about fixing the flooding issue in the basement? All that fancy paint upstairs is going to be peeling and mold will be an issue for the next buyer. Not impressed with HGTV on this one, all about staging for resale and zero about getting value for that profit.
