The music and scenery were good. I went into the movie theater having zero knowledge about DUNE so there were a lot of blank moments for me. As I watched the movie, the anticipation was continuously built up but the film did not have a proper climax. I liked the film enough to watch the second part but I'll need to read the first book to make sure I enjoy the second film.
