Nic Cage playing pinball, downing soda, and kicking animatronic butt, what's not to love?! Despite the great lord Papa Meat's opinion of this being a mediocre movie, I genuinely enjoyed it. Actually I loved it! I watched the same year it came out and have watched it at least 2-3 times a year since. Nic Cage says maybe 10 words in the entire move but I personally feel that the lack of dialogue from our pinball playing hero adds to eerie setting and highlights the action. It's not perfect, I wish there was a tad more action and there wasn't a huge need for them to add much attention to plot with the teenagers outside of the restaurant, but it's a great ride! Watch it and see for yourself!
