Of all the television programs that I've watched and enjoyed over the decades I have watched reruns of the Munsters more than any other series. This is a show that I never tire of. The Munsters, a family of classic monsters are only monstrous in appearance.They believe they are normal and the rest of the world is odd.The very definition of a thoughtful, loving family. The stories are fun and satirical. This hilarious half hour teaches it's younger viewers excellent lessons on kindness and family values.Even though this show is over fifty years old, it's messages are as relevant today as they were then.The chemistry between the principal members is some of best in television history. Admittedly the show did get a bit repetitive in its second season However,watching these talented comedic actors keep the Munsters from ever becoming mundane.
