This show is a show you would watch if you were forced to pick a show that had horrible acting, bad relationships and bad physical appearances compared to the show. The only thing that pulls the show together was the special effects. The show also has many holes in the plot that don’t make sense. As a person who watched the animation this is disappointing. The acting is a whole other story. The characters show little to no emotion and the whole atmosphere is seen as depressing and the characters all have different moods. Like sokka who was supposed to be the funny person who goofed off and at first was a bad fighter but eventually becomes a strong swordsman has no personality to him and katara who was supposed to be outgoing is seen as introverted and depressing. There’s also no connection mad between the characters and no emotion.All the characters look like how they look in the ember island episode. Overall the show is bad compared to the animation even if I hadn’t watched it before.Im not saying that the show needed to be a carbon copy of the animation but atleast have better: Writing, acting and make the plot actually connect in a timeline.
