The music was lackluster. None of the magic of the original Andrew Lloyd Weber production. The costumes were no where near the caliber of the musical either. For those of us who grew up with the musical, this isn't for you. Maybe the next generation... however I think I'll let my own kids decide for themselves which is better and show them both
