Truly Heart-rending and iconic Korean drama mini series….movie direction, storyline… my mother telling us how grandmother and my mother had to ride in the BACK of the bus in their own country, Joseon. My mother being assigned a japanese name… Very emotional scenes … I am fearful of old wounds that never healed re-emerging, especially the older Korean generation who lived thru this time…we must not forget our past and history…
