This show had me in tears the last few episodes…. Undeniably sad that this is a reflection of so many people’s lives in reality.
Highly recommend this educational series!
I think this show is an important representation of how far poor mental health can impact our lives and the processes behind understanding it.

I’ve never related more to a book in my life! Rainn has explained what I have been feeling ever since I was a little kid so well!!! (Growing up Anglican Christian, but knowing I wasn’t really attached to the religion but I was deeply connected to GOD)
Highly recommend this book!
