I tried to purchase a journal through Gretchen Rubin's site and it was never delivered. I contacted them and three weeks later I still had no resolution. They kept delaying and seeking approval from "the team" to do anything. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this site. It is more than frustrating to deal with the customer service side of MS. Rubin's operation.
