If you haven't personally experienced the insanity of the DEI grift, this movie may seem absurd to you. However, it is an accurate dive into the insanity that's gripping US companies, educational institutions, and research laboratories.
The difficulty of a movie like this is that could turn into a lecture, which would be informative but not very entertaining. Matt Walsh does an excellent job of balancing the seriousness of the issue with the need to be entertaining and funny. You might think that the people saying crazy things on camera are paid actors, if so many of them weren't famous figures in the DEI movement.
One flaw in the movie in my opinion is that one of the funniest scenes is shown at the very end, *after* the credits have rolled. Be sure to stick around for it!
