I bought my Shark Duo off of QVC and paid way to much for what it does. I spend more time unclogging it and constantly cleaning out the rollers. It was advertised to clean under furniture, dryer vents, but most of all pet hair. This sweeper does none of this. I am so disappointed that after of a year of using this sweeper, I don't think I will EVER buy a Shark again. The whole design is wrong for what it claims to do. At this point I would never recommend this product to anyone.
