I lost my taste for the show when Chip acted like a teenage jerk show after show. I have heard that there is a similar show starting this season with a younger couple and it looks like Chip is trying to fashion himself after the new guy. Grow up Chip you ruin the show.

I love Kelly, the show format is fine and she has interesting guests. Its great that Kelly performs her songs on the show. The only negative is that she screams all the time instead of letting the studio sound system work. Tone it down Kelly!

I love the show, i can really respect Ben and Erin and appreciate the work they do. Do the houses remain the same with the design and furnishings, and decor or do the new owners have to furnish it themselves?
