The movie is outstanding. I would have to say one of Spike Lee's best work. It was the perfection of story telling and didn't shy away from the horrors of war, the children left behind by American Soldiers, the bodies left behind in the jungles. It was gripping in reality, be it good or bad. It showed the solidarity that soldiers have for one another. At times it was very raw but necessary to get the story told. It included scenes from true events such as snippets of a MLK speech and the killings in war. The music from I would recommend this movie to anyone who is looking for a good film to watch
