I think that John Taffer is a snake oil salsman. A charlatan and a fake. He has gotten rich on the backs of failing bar owners who go on to fail. Partly because his poor signage and lousy renaming. My advice to bar owners is to stay clear of him! Every episode I have watched of his, I have checked the success rate and almost every one of them have failed! The web site says that 57 percent have failed but 75 percent have made it. Do the math! Lies. Loud mouth greasy guy, not worth engagement.
