I am a huge fan of the first movie Knives Out. Netflix yet again ruined the second one. Not going into too much details about the plot but there is way too much talking in here that does not move the plot forward. I thought puzzles will be larger part of this show seeing the box being used in the first part. It was just for show apparently. Main antagonist loves acting smart so. 🙄 Supporting characters seemed really uninteresting and do many 'edgy' things. I did like the twist (twin sis) though. Things only start to pick up only after an hour plus into the movie. You fall asleep in the first part and just watch the last half an hour lol. The only saving grace is Monae's and Craig's performances. Ending was good but I can't help thinking it could be done so much better in the earlier parts of the movie. NETFLIX please stop with this slo-mo action scenes with funny music in the background. It was used in Bullet Train also. Not sure who produced 'Nobody' but it worked there because the soundtrack is so consistent and has a way more interesting plot. They really tried to save it by saying like the metaphor of Glass Onion, people expected the movie to be clever and searched for more but ended up being more obvious. Nice try but it's overall an obvious lazy ride on a successful first movie, I don't think a metaphor can save it. Who would have thought it's a great idea calling a production pretty but vapid, stupid and disappointing?
