Well. There is Carpenter and his direction, which I love. The madness was given birth and the connected universe of films and books is truly remarkable. Watch and remember Sam is not fighting dinosaurs in this one. Dark tower series links here and there. Stephen King may be cheesy but his scope is huge (insert meta reference).

I don't usually write reviews. The story is full of tropes and ideology we should all understand by now. Thats not the point. The action is fast paced and full of dedication to films of lore. Some kung foolery and poses are laughable. But thats the purpose, to remind us these types of stories can be fun, and not get self aware. The symbolism is in your face. Cycles repeat themselves that is the true essence of the series, life feeds on life, feeds on life, feeds on life....
