One of the best things I've seen on TV. The Trolley Dilemma is the underlying theme of this drama. Outwardly respectable, caring people live through the consequences of the choices they have made. Ultimately they are prepared to uphold one truth by smothering another more fundamental truth as the young Soo Bin points out in the final episode. The Dilemma can only be solved with the inevitability of casualties. No happy ending.
Powerful and unsentimental story line with strong actors.
Interesting examining of the fallout from rape and the play with honour suicides. The culprit kills himself which stigmatises the victim. Great for those of us who prefer subtlety in drama.

Extraordinary drama and pitched in a monochromatic kind of filmography that underpins the dogged reality of the gruesome true story that unfolds. Wonderful understatement in performances that reinforces the distressing of the kind of tale the performers have to tell. Obsessive albeit sad viewing
