Im watching this series for the 1st time in 2011. Boy this anime is very good that i hardly find other anime or manga enjoyable for a very long time (i think almost 8-9 years or so) bcoz of how good this anime is. I cant get over it until recently when i watch One punch man, and im slowly enjoying other anime. Its really take some times for me to get over such an amazing anime as this. Its all great from the animation, OP, script, character development, even the character that we dont even know the name and only learn about him through memories (Scars brother), give the big impact to this series. And the Voice over is top notch. Doesn't matter if u watch Sub or Dub, both are great. There is 2 series of FMA, the 2003 is also good. But this one is my Favorite. 5 Stars, Easily. The reasons some (minor) people labeled this Series as overrated is either: 1. Never finished this series. 2. FMA 2003 Fanboy/girl. 3. Dont really understand the story line. 4. Just simply a hater.
