Chang E is the Chinese Moon Goddess. Over the Moon ties in oral tradition with a modern day teen's life. The characters are relatable and took me through many emotions from tears to joy. The animation is truly psychedelic...think Yellow Submarine from the 60's!! I loved the imagination expanding visuals. Animation combined with a meaningful story...Over the Moon is worth watching. I would recommend this movie for all ages. Watch it!

I loved it because the complexities of childhood and adulthood were addressed in a way that children could benefit with...It's a story of love and relationship on many levels. I'm an adult and got totally absorbed in the story...and it makes me miss Patrick Swayze as an actor. What would you wish for?
