I have never read a book that brought such insight and magic into my life as it was happening around me. I woke up the morning I was starting to read the book and I had found a black feather on an altar with rocks from Lake Superior and I had not put it there. I then read two chapters and it talks about a black feather! Then I had walked in the local forest about a week before and found two pieces of coyote fur and then there is the coyote (trickster) in another chapter. Your words have encouraged my heart and soul to continue writing my children's book and I will always look at the stars with a deeper meaning now!
