Excellent. Saw it twice and absolutely love this movie. Erivo channeled Ms. Tubman and gave an emotional, powerful performance. This is not a “slave” movie. It’s a movie about an enslaved woman who took hold of her own destiny and risked her life to lead others to freedom.
