I found this show to be merely a glamorized soap opera, with beautiful costumes and gorgeous sets. Some of the scenes would remind me of a Renoir painting, but the story lines were boring.

Slow-moving. Dismal. As an adult, raised on the westerns of 1950s and 60s, I've learned being captured and raised by Indians is not the huge problem I thought it was going to be. 😉
