This movie was an amazing experience. The characters, especially Walt, Thao, and Sue were all grounded and fit perfectly into the optimistic plot. The actors all did wonderful jobs in their roles! Walt starts off as this uptight racist and his character arc is believable because he 1) knows he's not a "good" man, and 2) he doesn't change completely. He never stops saying offensive names/insults, they just transform into his own sort of endearment. I don't want to spoil much else, so lastly I will just say that I love how Walt handled the problem and I'm glad those who had it coming got their dues. 10/10 movie!

This movie was so good! It had me on the edge of my seat at the end, because I genuinely didn't know what would happen next. The characters all felt very real and the movie did a great job getting me invested into them. Also, I really wanted the protagonists to beat Godzilla by the end haha. Overall, great cast, acting, plot, and theme. 10/10 would highly recommend and I hope they do a sequel! :)

I really liked this show! Brilliant acting, heartfelt story and storytelling. There were a couple scenes that were done especially well that almost made me cry lol but I won't spoil them. I will say that the character "Bonnie" contributes almost nothing besides being someone to save which kind of sucks. Overall, great show!

This was simply an amazing movie! The casting, acting, story, heartbreak, and the perseverance made this well worth the watch! I don't usually watch sports movies or movies based on real people, but I saw the trailer for it on Netflix and I knew I would like it because the main character is a hard-headed older lady with heart, and that reminds me of my mom haha. I'm very glad I watched this, Diana Nyad's story is truly inspiring to see. Seeing Diana, Bonnie, John, and the rest of the crew work towards this "impossible" goal in the film and knowing this happened in real life is amazing. Overall, 10/10 film!

Recently I've been getting more into horror movies (I am a scaredy cat and don't usually watch them) and this one was a great watch! Russel Crowe's character, Father Gabriele, had a sense of humor throughout the film which I loved. They did a good job making his character someone you would actually root for, because he's very human. Gabriele had a character arc which I won't spoil, but it's basically just facing your guilt head on. The other main character is Father Tomas Esquibel. He had his own character arc overcoming his guilt and cowardice. His character was enjoyable as well. Lastly, the possessed boy, Henry, gave a surprisingly great performance. Really did not expect him to be that good and throughout the whole movie as well! His, the mom, and the sister's characters aren't highly fleshed out looking back on it, but that doesn't really affect their roles and performances in my opinion. Overall, not very scary even for me but still 8/10 would watch again and hopefully they make more!
