I love the show and have been watching for some time. I am an avid Florida fisherman, or what we call here a "meat fisherman". In other words I kill fish, but I don't over do it. I think it's important to teach our kids about the outdoor (fishing/hunting) and at the same time teach them about conservation. The Hailstones are teaching their kids how to survive out there and to basically kill every animal they come across. Eventually their resources will start to run out.
