I have only watched 2 episodes. Actually, watching episode 2 now. Clearly, I’m not into it as I decided to read reviews and write this one. So far the show is stillborn for me. It’s silly, but not funny. A farce - political commentary comedy that’s not working. Ms. Winslet is obviously a good actress, but the character does not take off in my opinion. It feels contrived. This is not Mel Brooks and it’s not Borat. And it definitely is not Veep!
