First thing first, Alia was a wrong choice for the character. She tried her best and no doubt she did act well but the aura and persona of the character were somehow not suitable for her. The 2 stars are just for Mr Sanjay Leela Bansali. He made a sad movie so beautiful and colourful. The scenes were shot in dark areas but still, there were quite vibrant. The monologue of Alia during the elections was not that powerful. The message was so strong but it could not be delivered well.
