Keeps you entertained, I always want more. I'm not a parent, actually I'm a teen, but my mom and grandma love this show as well as me. I think it's great for all ages past it's 7+ rating. Some young kids might find it confusing but it should keep them distracted if that's what you're looking for. I've seen people say it doesn't have any learning values for children but I am able to come up with a theme for every episode! Obviously every kid is different but I think many should be able to learn a valuable lesson from most episodes, or at least have a good laugh. Some common themes are teamwork, family dynamics, how to build friendships, how to treat people, accepting change, discipline, and many more. Cricket, the main character, is reckless and can be a bit of a bad influence, but he almost always realizes his fault and takes initiative. He is also very loyal to his family and friends. There is a lot of diversity in the show too. Cricket's best friend Remy is rich and Cricket is poor, but they are still friends and money is never really a conflict between the two. We get to know the Big Cities' community and different characters of all sorts. There are also diverse family dynamics. The dad, Bill, is divorced from the mom, Nancy, as she went to jail (not for anything violent). Cricket moves in with his grandma because of money problems and his mom's absence. Another character, Gloria, struggles with her own life and family (She's also very funny and relatable). There are so many enjoyable aspects of this show and from what I've seen the only reason you won't like it is if you're overly sensitive or have kids who are too young. Of course only you can monitor what your kids watch and if you don't think this show is right for them then just change the channel or don't watch it. If you're a fellow teen, this show is great when you're bored or want something light-hearted and really funny. It should be as popular as Amphibia and The Owl House. Love it. 😼
