I am a hard core fan of the books and like other hard core fans am extremely disappointed in this adaptation. Adaptation is a good name for this show as it has taken a Hollywood agenda and shoved it down our throats at the cost of ruining an epic fantasy series. Not even close to the books plot and storyline. I was so excited when I saw this was coming out in a tv series but now I don't even know if I want a second season.

I've always loved MNF been watching since the days of Howard Cossell However the past few years of announcers is really making this hard to watch. I've been watching this year, 2019, on mute. ESPN really needs to get a new crew and maybe some big name announcers. Bring Al Michaels back and for heavens sake get rid of Booger. He's just as bad as Jason Witten, if not worse. If this poor crew choosing continues I might be finding something else to watch on Monday nights.
