Rizzoli and Isles meets Cagney and Lacey meets Starsky and Hutch meets Psycho! To make it work one must view it from the perspective of a Dark Comedy, with no stereotype left behind, no cliche unexplored. Dreadful in every aspect....but you may be able to save it if you watch it for the awfulness and laugh!
